Card over the Phone |

| You may donate over the phone using your Credit or Debit Card as under :- |
| |

1) Call on +91-22-2681 4366 or 4036 6866, from your landline / mobile or any other telephone number. |
| |
| 2) You will be greeted by an automated message, asking you if you wish to donate by credit card over the phone. |
| |
2) On you confirmation of the same, the IVR will ask you to enter your mobile number and the amount that you wish to donate to "ISKCON Food Relief Foundation". |
| |
| 3) Once you have entered the above details, you will be asked to confirm the same. |
| |
| 4) On your confirmation the IVR reads out the transaction details and prompts you to enter the following . |
| a) 16 Digit Credit Card Number |
| b) 4 Digit Expiry Date |
| c) 3 CVV No. |
| |
| 5) On entering the above details, (which in turn are authorised by the bank), the IVR will read out the transaction status, successful or otherwise |

| PLEASE NOTE : |

| i. By making a donation over the IVR, you are making a payment without revealing credit card data to any "Donor Helpline Agent". You are interacting directly with an Automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System, without any intervention of any person. |
| |
| ii. Please note incase of any communication with us, or with the "Donor Helpline Agent", please DO NOT divulge your credit card number to us (except on the above numbers as per steps mentioned above), as at no point of time, in the course of the transaction are we revealed of your credit card number. |

| iii. Once the transaction is over, do keep the transaction details, for eg., the date and transaction amount etc. and the mobile number which you entered, incase you need to communicate with us for reference. |
