If you wish to donate through the site, you will be asked to supply certain information (i.e. we do not accept anonymous donation). You agree that all information that you provide to IFRF will be accurate, complete and current. Once you donate, you agree to fully complete and fulfill the Obligations that arise out of your participation in donation on the Site. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, to IFRF, through it's Bankers / Credit Card Companies. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, if any. Currently all donations to IFRF are 100% Tax Exempted under the Income-Tax Act 35-AC, as per Indian Taxation laws. It is your duty to verify that the same is allowable in your Country / State / Territory / City etc, as well as the concerned law is applicable to you as per government rules.
